Laminating, an efficient and economical process
Laminating allows the assembly of several layers of materials using adhesive. These layers can be made of different materials and have different mechanical characteristics. The major interest of lamination lies in its ability to combine the different properties of these materials to meet specific technical requirements. The addition of a PET film to a printed material can, for example, be used to protect the print from external aggression (UV, friction, etc.). This technology allows the production of economical products with functional and aesthetic performances, qualifying it for a wide variety of applications. Alsace Techniques Etiquetage laminates have proven themselves in real-life conditions and over long periods of time. The numerous possibilities of thickness and quality of the materials allow us to have an almost unlimited range of laminates and thus to meet all needs.
